Trying to do data-oriented stories while meetings the demands of working in a small newsroom can seem overwhelming.  This session will discuss how to meet the challenges journalists in small newsrooms often confront while trying to do this kind of work.  Delivered by journalists from Ghana, Turkey and the United States, the presentations will offer strategies for how to conceive and executive data-driven stories and give specific examples of these projects produced in small newsrooms.

Note: Data Labs have 38 seats with computers. These workshops may reach capacity quickly, so we recommend you arrive early.
