Isabelle Ducret is an investigative journalist working for the current affairs program Temps Present on RTS, the Swiss public Television. She is a multi-topics investigator but her specialties are storiesinvolving multinational companies or health and social issues. For example, she worked on thesecurity issues of the da Vinci robot used in surgery, on social media bullying, on elder abuses ininstitutions or on the scandal of the Jasmin contraceptive pill. She exposed the development of thepedophile tourism by following two Swiss cases in Thailand and Madagascar or the business of Swisscompanies selling dirty oil to African countries, for example Ghana. In 2014, she won theinvestigation price of the FIGRA (International Current Affairs and Social Documentary Film Festival) with “Against Nestle to the death”.First as a newspaper reporter and then working for the Swiss public Television, Isabelle coveredseveral crisis or after-crisis in the world, like, for example, Sudan, Iran, Afghanistan and recently thewar in the Gaza Strip. After the war, she went back there to investigate about the human rightsviolations perpetrated on both sides.As also a local investigator, she is a defender and a “fan” of the Transparency Law.
